1. Refund Policy

We strive to provide products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please show it to our delivery person, if he/she confirms through phone call then complaints will be accepted. We will provide instructions on returning the product, and upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us when you receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item to the delivery person.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Policy

We do not have any booking / return / refund / exchange system, so please check the dresses carefully at the time of collection. Only if there is any complaint after checking the product during the delivery person's presence, complaints will be accepted. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves your home / office / delivery address. Dress trials cannot be given. Order by looking at the size details.

3. Cancellation Policy
