Terms and Conditions for TRENDIZOR

By purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1. The price of any product and whether the product is available or not depends entirely on the stock of the product. The quantity of the products may be limited, so returns and exchanges will be processed only as per our return policy.

2. The price of any product on our page may change without any notification or message.

3. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, limit the number of products in any pre-order or cancel it.

4. You will receive the product within 24 hours to 72 hours (1 to 3 working days). If all other circumstances are favorable.

5. Inadvertently, there may be incorrect information about some products on our “Trendizer” page. For example, typographical errors, incorrect information or errors, which may be related to any product details, price, promotion, offer or product delivery charges or product stock. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct such incorrect information or change it as necessary without prior notice.

6. Due to natural or global conditions, incoming stock or sold out, the customer may be suggested a similar or alternative product due to product out of stock even after placing the order or the entire order may be canceled.

7. Return Policy: We do not have any booking / return / refund / exchange system, so please check the dresses carefully at the time of collection. Only if there is any complaint after checking the product during the delivery person's presence, complaints will be accepted. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves your home / office / delivery address. Dress trials cannot be given. Order by looking at the size details.

8. Outside Dhaka you will have to pay the delivery charge in advance.

9. Delivery charge within Dhaka city is 80 taka. Delivery charge outside Dhaka city is 140 taka.

10. After the order of discount coupons, gift cards is successful, it will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
